How many days does it take to deliver a product?
As each PKIN Luxury creation is Made-to-Order, the dispatch time varies depending on the garment.
Generally, we require 25–30 days to complete and dispatch an order.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Domestic Orders: 2–4 business days from the date of dispatch.
International Orders: 10–12 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary due to customs processes or unforeseen delays. Our team will keep you informed of any such updates.
Do you ship items globally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Our international customers can enjoy the same luxury experience with reliable global delivery partners.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges vary depending on your location and order size.
For domestic orders, shipping is complimentary, unless stated otherwise during sale periods.
For international orders, courier and shipping charges apply as per actual rates.
Do I have to pay Customs Duty Charges?
Yes. For international deliveries, customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) must be paid by the recipient as per the rules of the destination country.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for domestic or international orders.
All orders must be prepaid through secure online payment options available on our website.
Is Express Delivery (Shipping within 24–48 hours) available?
As each outfit is handcrafted with precision and attention to detail, we currently do not offer express delivery.
However, if you have a specific date requirement, please inform our team in advance — we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you offer customization?
Absolutely!
We specialize in custom-made couture — you can request changes in:

How do I get my outfit altered?
All our garments are made with adequate margin for minor alterations.
In case you require any assistance after delivery, please contact our customer care team and we’ll be happy to guide you.
What is your order cancellation policy?
Orders canceled within 2 days of purchase are fully refundable.
Cancellations made after 2 days but before 7 days are non-refundable but can be adjusted against a future purchase (valid for 6 months).
After 7 days, no cancellations, exchanges, or refunds are possible as the creation process begins.
Is there a Return, Exchange, or Refund policy?
We follow a No Return and No Exchange policy, as each garment is made-to-order and customized as per your preferences.
We take every measure to ensure that your outfit fits perfectly and meets your expectations.
What should I do if an item is unavailable?
