Domestic Shipping
At PKIN Luxury by Pankajh Kothari, we offer free shipping on all domestic orders across India. We strive to dispatch your orders within the standard delivery timeline. In rare cases, if your order takes longer to process, our team will proactively inform you.
Once dispatched, your order typically takes 3–7 business days to reach you, depending on your delivery location and the efficiency of our courier partners.
In some remote or less-accessible areas, delivery may take slightly longer. Please keep an eye on your email and SMS notifications for regular updates regarding your shipment.
If you require the product by a specific date, kindly inform our team in advance — we will make every effort to meet your delivery needs.
During sale periods, shipping charges (if applicable) will be borne by the client. Please note that courier charges apply for both domestic and international shipments when mentioned.
International Shipping
We are proud to offer worldwide shipping from India. While placing your order, please select your correct shipping zone to ensure accurate processing.
- Shipping & courier charges on international orders are applicable as per actual rates.
- All international orders are shipped through trusted global logistics partners.
- Please allow up to 3 weeks (20–25 working days) for delivery. Some locations may experience longer transit times due to customs or local logistics procedures.
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to you via email for real-time updates.
Please note:
As the recipient, you are responsible for all import duties, customs charges, and local sales taxes imposed by your country. These charges must be paid to release your order from customs upon arrival.
Order Cancellation
- Cancellation requests are accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Orders can only be canceled before full payment is completed. Once the payment has been processed, no cancellation requests will be entertained.
While we aim to dispatch all orders promptly, there might be a slight delay in some cases due to unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed in such instances.
