Return and Exchange
At PKIN Luxury by Pankajh Kothari, each garment is made-to-order with precision, craftsmanship, and individual attention. Hence, we follow a No Return and No Exchange Policy.
Once an order is placed and completed, it cannot be returned or exchanged. We take every possible step to ensure that your garment fits you perfectly and meets your expectations. Our goal is to deliver a seamless couture experience and make every purchase truly special.
Order Cancellation
Our order cancellation policy lasts 2 days from the date of purchase. If 2 days have passed since your order, unfortunately, it cannot be canceled.
- Orders canceled within 2 days will be fully refundable.
- Cancellations made after 2 days but within 7 days from the date of order — the advance amount will be non-refundable, but can be adjusted for a future purchase (valid for up to 6 months from the cancellation date).
Cancellations after 7 days from the date of order are not eligible for refund or exchange.
